Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management (BHCM) fourth-semester students at Kantipur International College demonstrated their culinary prowess and organizational skills by hosting an exquisite Executive Lunch Program featuring authentic Mexican cuisine. Under the expert guidance of chefs, the BHCM students curated a tantalizing menu showcasing Mexican cuisine’s vibrant flavors, textures, and aromas. Guests were treated to a culinary journey featuring classic dishes such as crispy chicken tortilla pizza, Mexican Corn and Vegetable Salad, Estofado de Carnero (Lamb Stew), Veg Fajitas, Mexican Veg Pilaf, Mexican Chocolate Cake and more, meticulously prepared and presented to perfection.
