| BBA/BHM/BHCM | +2 or equivalent in any stream from recognised board or university with minimum 2nd Division |
| BID | +2 or equivalent in any strem from recognised board or univeristy with minimum 2nd Division. |
| BE Civil/ B. Arch | +2 in Science/ Intermediate in Science/ intermediate in Engineering from recognised board or university with minimum 45%. |
