Kantipur International College proudly hosted an exciting and vibrant Mixology Showdown, where creativity met craftsmanship behind the bar. The event brought together aspiring mixologists from the BHCM program, offering them a dynamic platform to showcase their bartending skills, innovation, and showmanship.
The event was graced by renowned mixology expert Susmita Shrestha (Nancy), who served as the honorary judge, providing insightful feedback and encouragement to all participants. Her presence added immense value and inspiration, especially for students pursuing careers in food and beverage service.
Among several talented participants, Netra Tamang from BHCM Fifth Semester emerged as the winner of the competition, impressing the judge and the audience with an outstanding display of technique, flavor balance, and presentation. His creative concoction not only met the professional standards but also stood out for its originality and finesse.
