Kantipur International College successfully organized a Food Competition for BHM and BHCM Third Semester students on 16, 18, 19, 21, and 22 Mangsir 2082, promoting creativity, teamwork, and culinary excellence among future hospitality professionals.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from six sections in total, with 9 groups from BHCM and 22 groups from BHM. Each group consisted of 4–5 students, who showcased their culinary skills through innovative presentations and preparations.

The theme of the competition was “Self Innovation by Students on Any Cuisine,” allowing participants the freedom to explore, reinterpret, and present diverse cuisines with their own creative touch. The event provided a valuable platform for students to apply theoretical knowledge into practical execution while celebrating cultural and culinary diversity.

After careful evaluation, the winners were announced as follows:

    Nirjala Chaudhary, Nikita Chaudhary, Nirajan Joshi, Prerana Rajkoti Magar, and Prakirti Basnet
  • Section D (Italian Cuisine):
    Saurya Shrestha, Sujan Bhandari, Sujan Panthi, Sonam Sherpa, and Sanil Shrestha

The competition not only highlighted students’ culinary talents but also fostered innovation, cultural appreciation, and collaborative learning.
