Kantipur International College successfully conducted the MBA 2025 Fall Batch Orientation Program at Tuki Resort, Pokhara, from November 14 to 16, 2025. The two-night residential orientation was designed to welcome new MBA students and provide them with an enriching academic and personal development experience.
The orientation program featured a blend of project-based activities, interactive sessions, and workshops, enabling students to build teamwork, leadership skills, and practical understanding beyond the classroom. Students actively engaged in various project works that encouraged collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving in a real-world learning environment.
A key highlight of the program was an insightful workshop titled “Love, Freedom & Authentic Relationship: Building Meaningful Connections in a Competitive World”, facilitated by Mr. Bikal Prasad Sherchan, a renowned Educator, Life Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher. The session focused on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and nurturing authentic relationships, offering students valuable perspectives for both personal growth and professional success.
The serene setting of Pokhara further enhanced the learning experience, allowing students to connect with peers, faculty members, and mentors in a relaxed yet intellectually stimulating environment.
