Kantipur International College recently organized an orientation and welcome program for Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) and Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management (BHCM) program students. The event was hosted at Tuki Resort in Pokhara, providing an inspiring backdrop for the new students.
The Program began under the chairmanship of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Joshi (Pratap), The CEO of Kantipur International College. Mr. Joshi’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping the students’ academic paths, and his presence lent an air of distinction to the event.
The Program was graced by the esteemed presence of Dean Associate Professor Dr. Sandesh Das Shrestha from the Faculty of Management, Purbanchal University, who attended as the Chief Guest. Prof. Shrestha’s insights and leadership in management added significant value to the orientation, setting the stage for the student’s academic journey.
Mr. Rohit Malla, a motivational speaker, added further depth and expertise to the event. Malla gave students a unique perspective on the industry, offering them valuable insights and advice as they embark on their educational and professional paths in hospitality and management.
Likewise, Mr. Basanta Gautam, Chairperson of Temple Tree Resort and Spa, shared his experience with the students regarding industry and academic opportunities for a sustainable future in the field of hospitality.
